In this week's episode, we discuss pets. Do we like working in homes with pets and how does this affect a nanny's job? We discuss whether a family should talk to you before getting a pet and look at both sides of pet ownership. We also give some great benefits of having a pet while working. And Sue admits that she is not a friend to goldfish. Thanks to a listener for suggesting this topic.

We all know that finding the right nanny / family match is hard. There are lots of different things that go into a good match and sometimes you just make a bad choice. Should you leave those jobs off or resume or should you fully disclose them to agencies and parents?  Do you have a professional or ethical obligation to tell?  Should you be disqualified from landing a great job just because of one mistake?  In this session, we’ll explore all the different aspects of this complicated issue.
