There are many times, especially in the summer, when you are with your employers but not on the clock.  Kid's birthday parties, holidays, when you're traveling or when you're at the summer house.  So how much time is too much time?  Do you have to edit your behavior or can you let loose?  Is there an expectation that you'll still pitch in and help with the kids, dinner and other stuff?  We talk about all these questions and more in this week's podcast.
